How it all started.....

Hey everyone! I am new at this, so bare with me! I decided to start this blog so that everyone will be able to keep up with all the exciting things that are going on with Caden!! It is all so very exciting, yet overwhelming as well. Back in January of this year, Advantage Models held an open call in Frankiln. It was mom's idea to take Caden, so all of this is her fault!!! ;) thanks mom!!! He was excited and said that he wanted to do it, so we went. There were a lot of people there auditioning, so I honestly thought that he didnt have a chance. But that night, I received a phone call that he was chosen to compete in the AMTC in Orlando, FL. So he started to attend acting/modeling classes at Advantage to prepare him for the competition in Orlando.
We left in July of this year to go to Fl for the competition. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed!!! The competition was held at the Gaylord Palms resort, which was absolutely amazing in itself!! There were over 800 people there competing from ages 4-70. Cadens age group was 12 and under and there were over 225 kids. Well Caden did amazing in all the competitions and made his nanna and his momma proud!!!! At the awards dinner at the end of the competition, we found out that Caden was voted top ten for both acting and modeling!!!!! I was sooooo proud of him!! He is such an awesome kid!
So he received 12 call backs from the agents there, and they all told me what an amazing kid that I had.... like I didnt already know!!! lol One of the agents that we interviewed with was Bill Naoum with Commercial Talent in LA. We have decided to go with his agency in representing Caden. So we are heading that way here in the next 2 weeks. So check this blog daily for updates and information on my little star!!!
